MPI StrongSeam Flat-Loc is a versatile and durable low-profile 5-rib metal panel designed for roofing, siding, liner panels and post-frame buildings. This stout 5-rib panel offers a classic aesthetic suitable for agricultural, light commercial projects and post-frame structures, providing the robust protection of steel while maintaining an attractive appearance. Engineered to resist fading, denting, and rusting, Flat-Loc is a popular choice for roofing, siding, and various metal building applications.

Available in both 29 and 26 gauge options, StrongSeam Flat-Loc offers a wide selection of colors to suit diverse project needs. The 29-gauge panels come in 19 stock colors plus galvalume, while the 26-gauge panels offer an even broader palette of 27 stock colors plus galvalume. Featuring a 9/16” rib height and providing 36” of coverage with a 5-rib design. When used for roofing, this panel is recommended to have a minimum slope of 3:12 when used with sealant.

Ideal for residential, light commercial, agricultural, and storage buildings, as well as canopies, StrongSeam Flat-Loc is designed for installation over open structural framing or a solid substrate. Its lightweight nature and ease of installation make it a practical choice for various structures, including pole barns, equipment storage, stables, garages, sheds, and houses. The exposed fastener system, featuring gasketed fastener heads, ensures a secure and leak-resistant attachment, offering decades of reliable, low-maintenance performance.
