The MPI StrongSeam FP1-Panel is a low-maintenance, panel designed for open spans and offering versatility in soffit, fascia, liner, and ceiling applications. This concealed-fastener prefinished metal siding panel boasts clean lines that enhance a building’s eaves and walls, providing a sleek and modern aesthetic. The FP1-Panel allows for adjustable configurations, ranging from flush to a 3” reveal, offering design flexibility. It is available in smooth, grooved, or perforated options to suit various architectural needs and preferences.

Available in both 26 and 24-gauge, the FP1-Panel offers different standard coverage widths depending on the gauge. The 26-gauge option provides a 16” coverage with a maximum recommended length of 2 feet, while the 24-gauge option comes in 12”, 16”, and 18” coverages. Both gauges feature a 1” interlocking rib for secure installation. Color options are extensive, with 24 SMP stock colors plus galvalume available for 26 gauge, and 32 PVDF stock colors plus galvalume and SMP glossy white for 24-gauge. Additionally, Dark Bronze, Matte Black, and a Glossy White colors are available in 22-gauge. Other 22-gauge colors are available by special order.

The inherent simplicity of the StrongSeam FP1 is a key design advantage, allowing for uniform dimensions and a clean appearance that facilitates modular planning and the elimination of complex pieces. Its adaptability extends to installation orientation, as it can be positioned vertically, horizontally, perpendicularly, or skewed to the building line, providing designers with multidimensional freedom. Designed for attachment to girts or a solid substructure, the FP1-Panel’s concealed fasteners contribute to its seamless look, making it an ideal choice for both soffit and interior liner applications.
