The MPI StrongSeam M-Panel is a highly adaptable and durable corrugated metal panel known for its strength and versatility across various construction projects, ranging from agricultural buildings to residential and commercial structures. Its defining characteristic is the ¾” high ribs spaced 6” on center, which provide exceptional structural integrity, making it a reliable choice for both roofing and siding applications. Manufactured in 26-gauge and 24-gauge steel, M-Panels are particularly well-suited for pre-engineered metal buildings, functioning effectively as both exterior walls and interior liners.

For roofing applications, a minimum slope of 3:12 is recommended to ensure proper water drainage. Beyond its structural capabilities, the StrongSeam M-Panel offers significant safety advantages, holding a UL-rated Class-A fire rating and a Class IV impact rating, enhancing the overall security of the building. Its versatility is a key benefit, allowing it to be used for roofs, walls, interior liners, decking, fascias, soffits, mansards, and ceilings. The through-fastened design, coupled with a purlin bearing leg, ensures secure fastener placement and a weather-tight seal when correctly installed.

Aesthetically, the StrongSeam M-Panel offers considerable flexibility. It can be reverse run to conceal fasteners within the flutes, creating a visually appealing shadowed effect suitable for soffits, fascias, and liners. Furthermore, the panels are available in a wide array of colors, with 27 SMP stock options plus galvalume in 26-gauge and 8 stock colors in a durable PVDF finish for 24-gauge. This extensive color selection allows for customization to match specific design preferences, ensuring both functional performance and visual appeal for diverse architectural needs.
