The MPI StrongSeam TS-324TM roof system offers a cost-effective solution for contractors needing to meet stringent wind and uplift load requirements, particularly in vulnerable edge and corner zones. This system stands out by enabling longer span designs, a growing demand in the industry. Its versatility is further enhanced by three distinct field seaming options: RollLokTM, TripleLokTM, and QuadLokTM, which contribute to its exceptional performance and design flexibility. Notably, this robust system can be effectively utilized even with a minimal recommended slope of just ¼:12.

At the core of this system is the TS-324TM Trapezoidal Panel, a structural metal roofing component engineered to provide outstanding protection against wind and weather under diverse roof loading conditions. Typically installed over open framing, the panel’s trapezoidal profile is instrumental in maintaining its structural integrity while offering a practical 24-inch coverage width. This design makes the TS-324TM panel a reliable choice for projects demanding both strength and weather resistance.

The StrongSeam TS-324TM panel’s trapezoidal profile is key to its structural integrity and enhanced weather resistance, efficiently channeling water away from the roof surface. Designed as a primary structural roofing material, it’s installed directly onto open framing, showcasing its robust construction. With a standard 24-inch coverage, these steel metal panels offer longevity and resilience. Their design benefits make them suitable for a wide array of roofing applications, from commercial and industrial buildings to agricultural structures, providing reliable protection against the elements.  This panel has one of the highest air and water infiltration ratings in the industry, using a proprietary Superior Seam Technology (SST), and one of the highest ASTME 1592 load ratings.  The StrongSeam TS-324TM panel is stocked in 24-gauge galvalume and Polar White, while available in 22-gauge in additional colors by special order.
