CUSTOMERS: This is a checklist of steps required to be completed BEFORE material can be “released” and shipped to MPI for us to produce your order:

1. Contractor MUST complete WTW application and send to Berridge WTW warranty department for approval to: bmcwatertightdept@berridge.com.
2. If you do not have current financials on file with Berridge, you MUST send them to the Berridge credit department along with your credit application to bmcwatertightdept@berridge.com. NOTE: MATERIAL WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO MPI UNTIL YOUR CREDIT IS APPROVED WITH BERRIDGE.
3. Send full set of architectural plans with specs to Berridge WTW Department along with shop drawings. NOTE: SHOP DRAWINGS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED UNTIL CREDIT IS APPROVED.
4. Once credit is approved, YOU MUST sign and return WTW confirmation and return it to Berridge. NOTE: SHOP DRAWINGS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED AND MATERIAL WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO MPI UNTIL THIS IS SIGNED AND RETURNED.
5. Once WTW confirmation is returned, the review of the shop drawings will begin. Please allow two weeks for approval of shop drawings. NOTE: MATERIAL WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO MPI UNTIL SHOP DRAWINGS ARE APPROVED.
